Once you have bought the plot, you can either contract with a builder to construct your dream property, or if you are more adventurous, you can design your own property and arrange for a main contractor to supervise tradesmen.

In any event, you will have the security of an individual title deed from day one and you will avoid the nightmare of having to wait a long time for the builder to finish an entire site and then go through the protracted administrative process of separating the plots and issuing title deeds to his customers.
